As summer is around the corner, we need to always remember to DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! STAY HYDRATED!!!!! Dehydration is a big problem, it can affect performance and work rate majorly. You feel like you don’t have energy. Especially if you train or exercise regularly.
Water is used for every process carried out in the body, for example; transport of nutrients, brain function, etc.
To add to the pros of drinking your daily amount of water, your skin will look better and clearer, you will become less tired, and you can concentrate for longer.
My goal is to drink 2.6Lt minimum and if I can because I train regularly, aim for 3.5lt the days I train.
