Shoulder Workout: I @paulmitchell1818 love doing front and side dumbbell raises at the end of my workout. I @paulmitchell1818 normally use dumbbells for the incline press because I think they do do a better job of developing the upper chest, at least that’s my personal experience but today I used the Olympic bar. This was 225 for reps and I finished with 275 for 4 reps which surprised me since I haven’t done this specific exercise for 6 months. Did Deadlifts today and this was the 2nd week in a row that I @paulmitchell1818 did 405. Last week I did 405 for 2 reps, this week I hit 3 reps and it was definitely easier this week.
