Morning world! I’m buzzing this morning as one of my clients took a 10k race around Christchurch and managed to clock a PB of 39:50. When we started working towards this the conversation was sub 45 that had dropped to sub 43. By race day we were confident of better but how much was the question. Dieting is never about eating less, it’s about eating right. Don’t beat your body down to reduce weight.
