Ran into this young man today at Iron Empire in the middle of my conditioning workout. Told me he's been following my career and appreciates what I've been doing. For this young man to tell me he APPRECIATES me for doing what I only love to do and what I put my blood, sweat, and tears into does my heart good! My advice to him "You find your craft. Once you have found what you are put here to do spend every minute of your life dedicating yourself to it and I promise you pieces will fall into place" 🥊🥊🥊!!!

The pec dec is an amazing machine for isolation while training your chest! BUT before you start, you want to make sure that you adjust the seat height so that the bottom of the arm pads are in line with your chest when you're sitting on the machine. Select the weight you want to use on the stack and get that chest PUMPED!
