MARINATED GRILLED VEGTABLES ๐Ÿ˜‹
3 Small slender eggplants
2 small red Peppers
3 zucchini
6 Mushrooms (You may use whatever vegetables you want for this recipe!) Marinade:ย 
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juiceย 
3 tablespoons shredded basil leavesย 
1 clove garlic crushed ย 1.Cut vegetables diagonal and place onto try in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 15 min.
2. Combine and take marinade in jar, pour over vegetables and toss well. Cover in plastic wrap and let still in fridge for 1 hour
3. Cook vegetables on hot for 2 minutes on each side.
