14 months #vegan ! I actually started doing this just to try it out for a year...but it seems to work for my digestive system. Bloating has gone down ✅ , same with acid reflux, no food poisoning. People have commented on my skin and my youth. However, it is so hard to resist a vegan treat! I am always saying yes to vegan cake or ice cream. Which has added weight. So learning moderation kicked in at month 10? But honestly I’ve allowed myself to live more, I feel guilt free because I’m doing good for the animals and the environment. I’ve had my slip ups with figuring it out. Who knows where this #vegangirl journey will lead! Sticking to something for a year feels rewarding in itself.
