Some days I don’t want to workout but I go anyway. Some days my diet messes up but I get back on track. Some days I question why I bother but then I realise that it’s worth it because I’m able to appreciate how I look.
If you have a goal you want to achieve - you have to push yourself. People usually give up when it gets hard but they’re the times you need to push through and keep going. That’s how you’ll get to where you want to be. Don’t make it easy for yourself. It’s all about the challenge. Be your own competition!
