This morning's breakfast is the same as every other day! I am a creature of habit. But I know exactly what is in this sugar free granola because I made it myself!
For me, eating the same breakfast every day is a bit like when you see people wearing the same clothes every day. Every decision we make - whether it's what to wear or what to eat - draws important energy away from the brain and since I need to use my brain a lot in my work, I need all the shortcuts I can get to making sure my brain has enough energy!
I've been experimenting with making packed lunches at the beginning of the week too, so that when I'm hungry I don't need to think about what I want to eat and then spend time preparing it - I just grab a pot from the fridge and carry on with my work.
