Da es einige ja sehen wollten, hier mal ein paar Volumen Krims Krams Sachen. Leider bin ich noch nicht dazu gekommen alles abzufilmen, uk kram kommt dann heut Abend und dann zeitnah noch Teil 2 mit dem Rest.
__________________________________________________🔷1. Decline DB Press (Feet Up)
Bevorzuge ich gegenüber der DB Press, einfach weil ich meine Brust dabei besser spüre. Feet up damit ich keinen Leg Drive nutze wenns schwerer wird, ist bei eimer Übung die für die Hypertrophie gedacht ist ja eher sinnfrei.

🔷2. French Press
Absolut geile Übung für Trizeps Entwicklung. Viele haben dabei Probleme mit den Ellbögen, deswegen führe ich die Hantel hinter meinen Kopf und habe eine leichte Bewegung in der Schulter.
________________________________________________ 🔷3. DB Shoulder Press
Stärkung der Front Delts ist auch enorm wichtig und häufig vernachlässigt für die Bench. Hier kann auch die klasissche OHP gemacht werden; ebenso im sitzen oder Seated Pin Press OHP.
________________________________________________ 🔷4. Seitheben
Für die Entwicklung der seitlichen Schulter (wer hätte es gedacht). Hierzu gibt es auch recht wenig alternativen, in den meisten Gym Ketten gibt es Maschinen, aber viele sind auch nicht für jeden geeignet, allerdings ist es leichter sich an der Maschine zu steigern als bei den Kurzhanteln.

Haven't been consistent at all, only been to the gym once last week but running conjugate method it doesn't matter, you're always ready. Had the most weight I've ever had on my back with 685 lbs reverse bands to an above parallel box. Was shaking the hold time but stuck with it and smashed that weight then did beltless wide stance sumo for a heavy 5 with 495 lbs. #conjugatemethod #getstronghurtfeelings #recalibratedperformance

Good bench session today.
125kgx3x4 felt quick.
Even took the 45s for a spin for a couple comfortable sets of 6. Never been that efficient on dumbbells that heavy before. Results are showing 😀

Made it 6’s and my legs feel like jell-o today. But I love feeling sore! (so weird, I know). Just means I’ve been using my muscles! My sets got progressively better, I took my time on these to make sure almost every rep looked the same. Also, so thankful that I got slimmer/toner while on vacay, now my belt fits so much better 🤷🏽‍♀️. Looking forward to the rest of the week. As always thanks to the hype crew.

Nothing like smashing a paused squat PR. Instead of finally repping out 3 plates, i can now paused for single for 3 sets at #rpe 8. Then after hit 2 sets of doubles to finish off my squats. Also made it to a decent rack pull double for #455lbs then went for a drop set amrap of #405lbs. @debsepiclifting decided to video bomb me again so I hugged her 🍑🍑🍑 😂😂😂 my kind of payback. ·

-Today was.. an interesting and frustrating overall day. Took my frustration out on weights. Squats felt solid other than some hip flexor (psoas) tightness. Hitting squats multiple times a week really does make my legs explode. 😍 Those Box squats are really helping my dynamic knee valgus. Thank god for corrective exercise programming ;) —————————————————
