There are wolves that lead sheep.
They do so by evoking fear.
Then, there are wolves that lead wolves.
They lead by example.
Most people aren’t willing to sacrifice the things they have today to build themselves into a leader, to create their future self that commands respect through their actions.
Most people can’t wait to get satisfaction from their actions, so they spend their money on things to make them feel good and give them instant gratification despite it being the right thing for them or not.
Real success, whether it be financial, personal, or spiritual comes from constantly feeding the hunger that doesn't ever seem to subside.
As I get ready to head into the office for my second shift of the day, I am making the same sacrifice that I’ve made for the past three years. I am letting go of small pleasures and relaxation to achieve an ultimate goal that I have set for myself and for my team.
Surround yourself with wolves. Ask questions, take risks, do whatever the fuck is necessary to build something that will last long after you are gone.
When you build a strong network of driven individuals, you don’t just pick off a couple sheep for a snack; you lead your family to feast.
