#InvertedStaffPose
1. Lie flat on the back.
2. Bend the legs and plant the feet flat on the floor hip width apart, with the heels close to the buttocks.
3. Bend the elbows and bring the hands under the shoulders with the fingertips pointing towards the feet.
4. Exhale, press the palms and feet down and lift up to the crown of the head.
5. Interlock the fingers behind the head.

💕 Inhale slowly, draw the head and neck forward (look up) and lengthen the spine.
💕Exhale again and relax the head, neck and spine downwards, fixing your fingers and palms firmly under your toes and the balls of your feet.
💕To come out of the posture, release your hands from beneath the feet, straighten your arms and slowly come back up, with the arms high overhead.
💕Exhale, slowly lower the hands back down and relax

Directions: Lie down onto your back and bend your knees, bringing the soles of your feet to the floor, hip width apart. Make sure your ankles are under your knees and that your big toes are pointing straight ahead. Bring your hands over your shoulders, fingers pointing back towards your feet. Bring your thumbs in line with your outer shoulders and keep your hands slightly wider than shoulder width. Press your hands down, gripping the floor with your fingertips. Press down through your feet and bring the top of your head to the floor. Lift your head and place it two inches closer to your heels. Plug your shoulders onto your back and take a deep inhale. On your exhale, start to press down through the inner edges of your feet. Press your knees forward to start to straighten your arms and legs.
STAY HERE, or...lower each forearm to the ground and interlace your fingers at the base of your skull. Keep pressing down through your feet and push your forearms down and forward to help you pump your chest forward. Little to no weight on your neck. Press down through the inner edges of your feet, tack your outer shins back, and engage your glutes as you press your tailbone up. Keep your low belly toned. Make sure your big toes remain pointing straight ahead to keep the engagement in your legs.
