Learn to push your limits and be ok with being uncomfortable. I am working on my stability in inversions. In order to do this I am playing with leg variations in inversions, that I am confident in. Sometimes the variations lead to great successes and sometimes I topple over and laugh. But learning to work through the uncomfortable parts helps me to find balance and strength I never knew I had.
