Even though we know we should put as much attention on our mental health as our physical health, we still dont. We are convinced we can continue to multitask and do everything fine, because after all, we are busy!!!
When in reality studies have proven, over and over, that our constant multitasking leads us to a scrambled mind, shortened attention span, and grumpier temperment.
If you're at all curious with what I am saying, experiment for one day with only allowing yourself to do one thing at a time. No texting when your emailing. No talking on the phone when your driving. One thing at a time, then move on. See how it feels. Experience how clear your mind actually is. Breathe. Enjoy.
