9 Reps/9 Minutes Conditioning Workout

Today's IMPACT FITNESS style, cardio based workout I did involved three circuits. Each circuit you perform 9 reps of each exercise continuously for 9 minutes. Take a 1-minute rest before moving on to each circuit.

It was my rest day but wanted to do some movement. Started with 5 minutes cardio and dynamic stretch. After the circuit, I did a full body stretch, foam roller, and sauna.
Any questions about the routine or the exercises just let me know! Jump rope is 9 reps times three so its 27 reps total. Enjoy!

Si, in realtà è un banale video con qualche posizione di stretching ma l'ho postato per 2 motivi: 1. E' molto difficile imparare a capire quando si è veramente stanchi e si ha bisogno di recupero ma è anche molto importante perché così eviti di infortunarti e/o di ammalarti (si, lo stress agisce sul sistema immunitario e aumenta la probabilità di malanni). Quindi se senti che ti bruciano le gambe solo a fare le scale, se senti il fiato corto (dispnea), se hai più/meno appetito del solito, se quando ti alzi di gira la testa, a meno che non ci sia qualche ragione specifica (per esempio che stai mangiando troppo poco o qualche problema alla tiroide), potrebbe essere SEMPLICEMENTE stanchezza. Cosa fare? Tante di voi mi chiedono che integratori prendere..allora lascia che ti dica una cosa: la risposta è spesso più semplice di quanto tu creda. Puoi sicuramente prendere della vitamina C, un complesso multivitaminico, bere di più e integrare con dei sali minerali se fa più caldo MA quello che VERAMENTE devi fare è RI PO SAR TI. E, credimi, se per 2 o 6 giorni non ti alleni o fai solo stretching, non perderai tutti i risultati, anzi, partirai più carica di prima e sul lungo termine i tuoi risultati saranno migliori. Seconda ragione: fatti meno paranoie sul tuo aspetto estetico e inizia a lavorare sul tuo equilibrio interiore, sulla salute e sul movimento fisico come forma di benessere. Anche io in passato ho avuto periodi di grande conflittualità con il mio corpo ma sai cosa? Stare bene nella propria pelle è importante, farsene una malattia perdendo equilibrio e salute è una grandissima stronzata. Celebra il tuo corpo e la tua vita come meritano che il cartellone photoshoppato di intimissimi o la bikini stra-tirata che magari ha perso il ciclo per salire su quel palco non sono un buon riferimento!

Ladies..... it is ok to not have a iron board, surf board rock hard stomach and still be sexy and beautiful. It’s okay for us to have fluff and rolls and still be just as beautiful as women with 6 packs. Self confidence is within you. It’s not in any rule book that you have to be a certain size or weight in order to be sexy. If you have rolls or flab, so what. ROCK THAT FLUFF!!!
