⬆️⬆️This is the biggest factor I run into, in knowing if someone will have success - and that goes for fitness, relationships, career....etc✨If say, you have a week where you hit all your Macros and workouts but, then have a slip up Sunday night😣Clients go either way:
💡They see they made progress and did a ton of things right! They now see where they have some work to do and want to know how they can work on handling Sunday nights differently🙌🏼
💡They see themselves as a total failure. Can't do anything right. Can't even get one full week right. They will never get this. They are worthless and maybe should just give up.
💡Perception is everything and that self-talk is what determines which direction you are heading! Please notice how you talk to yourself💕Focus on seeing the good you've done. And see the other areas as opportunities for growth - NOT failures! I say this from experience🙋🏻I never felt like I could do anything good enough. I set standards for myself that were impossible to meet and it left me feeling pretty empty. Take it from me....that is just a waste of time! Don't say anything in your head to yourself that you wouldn't say to your own daughter/friend/mom.💗💗💗
