It's transformation season!!!! Team Bodysculpt competitor spotlight is Blane Jacobsen prepping for the 2017 ChitownShowDown!
He's starting his 6th program into his prep and we're focusing on keeping his size while dropping body fat.
His steady protein intake has been the emphasis while manipulating carbs & fat for energy while dropping his body fat and preserving as much muscle as we can...and even add some along the way.
He started with 75 min/week cardio and is now at 140 min/week, his training has mostly been upper body / lower body strength training at 6-8 reps with body part specific volume afterwards, phased with body comp training.
