Day 2 of #summerselflove is #parsvottanasana or #intensesidestretch pose! Intense for the hamstrings, that's for sure :P! I most definitely would not recommend going in to this pose without having done a sufficient warm-up. I spent an hour on my mat prior to taking this picture. But, another great "feel good" pose 👌🙏 Loving this challenge so far, ladies!! 💕
