You don’t always have to struggle to get places!
Pyramid pose is one of those really frustrating poses that can take a while to really unlock especially when you’re not doing it the most efficient and effective way you can!

Drop the ego and pick up some blocks. So helpful in helping you find support in the pose which means you can hold it longer and breathe deeper (Determines your flexibility)

Focus on length and not how deep you can go! If you keep finding length you will always find more depth!

Don’t beat yourself up! These things take time and just know that quitting won’t make you get there any faster :)

What a weeeeeeeeekend for me !!!! Friday the 13th I get a flat tire and Saturday - Monday, I had the worst crampssss, (whyyyy mother nature) I don't know how I survive really lol 😥🤒😔 I was sooooo upset that I couldn't go to @nayitavp workshop on Saturday 😕😕 maybe it was a sign, idkk 🤗 so I'm definitely running late on this challenge but I caught up 😂😂😂 night everyone 🎇🎑 .
