Some of the moves in today's workout:
1️⃣ PLANK WITH ALTERNATING LEG LIFT
You know me and how I love planks ;-) This week we are adding in an extra element to keep up our heart rate. ❣️ In the plank position, keeping your upper body in one straight line, lift one leg up. Try keeping your hips as still as you can, pushing into your hands and looking just in front of you. Modified version you can come to your knees.
2️⃣ FAST BICYCLES
Lay flat on your back and touch the opposite elbow with knee as you continue to inhale and exhale. 🚴🏼Twist the upper body as much as you can allowing your eye line to follow. Go as fast as you can with keeping great technique!
3️⃣ CURTSEY LUNGES WITH ARM RAISES
Keeping your chest up high and looking straight forward take one leg behind the other and lunge. No need to take it wide, keep it backwards and narrow. 👑 At the same time as you take the lunge, bring your arms up in front of you with your palms facing down.
