Cream of mushroom soup made from scratch 🌿🍄 😋 I made a double batch to make the mushroom pot pies in my last post! // recipe: sauté a package of mushrooms (sliced), 5 garlic chopped (I like garlic), and 1 onion chopped in 1 tbsp of vegan butter or evoo. Add 3 cups of vegetable broth (I make my own but store bought is cool too) and simmer for 40 mins. Add 2 tbsp arrowroot powder, 1 cup dairy free milk, 8 oz vegan sour cream (optional) and mix well. Simmer for another 20 mins or until soup thickens. Add salt/pepper, chopped thyme or dill to taste. Donesies.
