#transformationtuesday - I once told myself I wasn't good enough. 18 months ago was on the left.
I decided to take some check in photos after my first ever 'off season' (where I basically ate what I want, the wrong thing to do) for a coach I had been talking too as I had thought about competing for at least a year or so before! Once the photos were sent, I reviewed them over and over again.
I thought there's no way on earth I can step on stage, il never be able to change, il never be able to shift the extra body fat, give up cheat meals etc so I never went through with it and gave up on the idea that I'd ever compete. But the niggle inside me that wanted to compete was still there.
Fast forward another year, I was mentally in a better place, surrounded by better people and decided to follow my dreams of stepping on stage!
At the time I never thought my transformation would be so huge. Not just physically but mentally. It's changed me for the better and I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and went for it!
I did this with hard work, consistency, persistence and a good set of people behind me. No drugs were used. Ever.
