RECOVERY👏🏼 TAKES👏🏼 TIME 👏🏼
The difference from these two pictures is not just 'weight' it's my MENTAL HEALTH.

On the left I am anxious, depressed, my skin is dry, my hair is falling out, I'm cold ALLLL the time and constantly having seizures plus spending most of my final year of school stuck in hospital.

On the right I am happy, outgoing, back to my bubbly crazy self and I'm CONFIDENT 😱 - I literally thought the day would never come Where I would be confident and happy with my body at a larger size.

I hope by creating this post those struggling know that recovery IS POSSIBLE! It just takes a lot of dedication, time, tears, love, screaming, ups and downs. It definitely is not easy but it is WORTH IT!! 🙏🏻

Ныне в попытках сохранить адекватность нахожусь физически больше, чем в плацкарте Херсон-Киев. С духотой, которую могут спродуцировать только 50+ человек с потребностью вдохнуть полной грудью после предвокзальной суеты, с выпившим соседом, которого могла породить только потребность следовать идеям национального отдыха, а также с закрытым #closet, что дополняет картину мучительного ожидания, спасает только то, что маленькая девчушка по соседству слушала с неподдельным интересом мои истории о единорогах😍💃

Esperamos poder ayudarte con 5 sencillos puntos importantes que debes tomar en cuenta si estás comenzando a entrenar. ⚒ Entrena donde puedas y donde te sientas bien. ⚒ Utiliza lo que tengas en ese momento que te permita practicar el ejercicio correctamente. ⚒ Ve gradualmente y constante. No resulta hacer en un día todas las series del mundo y no volver a entrenar sino hasta la siguiente semana. Entrenar duro 1 vez por semana no está recomendado. ⚒Concéntrate en tu cuerpo. Logra conectar mente y cuerpo mientras entrenas. Verás resultados rápidamente ya que enfocarás tus energías en el músculo y respiración y así lograrás realizar correctamente el ejercicio.
⚒Aliméntate bien. La nutrición lo es todo. Sin buena alimentación no habrá rendimiento físico y mental.

I've had more girls lately than ever, message me and ask "how I got rid of cellulite, extra skin on my legs, yadda-yadda." A girl emailed me, saying that "her boyfriend was poking at her legs... telling her she needed to tighten them up like these other fitness girls do." I felt sick to my stomach reading it. Because NO WOMAN deserves to be called out like that. I then, felt a responsibility to make this post.. simply because this "guy" classified me as one of the so-called fitness girls that he referred to.

Newsflash: that skin you poked at on your girlfriends legs? I've got it too.

I love my extra skin.
That ounce of cellulite.
Nawhh more like cellu-LIT mama.
It makes me feel real, and human.

I used to be 50 pounds heavier than I am now. I had cellulite then. Did losing weight help that? Nope. I've STILL got it, and I'm not about to act ashamed of it. I never would have posted this photo on the right because I was (at a time) self conscious of that extra love on the back of my legs.
We, as women, were created to hold body fat in certain places. That's HEALTHY and it's NORMAL. People have probably seen my legs looking like the right photo in person just as much as the left photo and THATS OKAY.
Own it, sister. And men, next time you want to open your mouth about what a woman should do with her body... you should just, NOT. Mkay? 😎✌🏼
We are human. And God forbid us have flaws.
We were not placed on this earth to lose sleep over cellulite, extra skin, healthy body fat, or whatever the hell you want to call it. And I won't stand to let another female feel otherwise.
