This week we examine arms out (abducted) 💪 🏃 🔹Arm swing plays an important role in balance, protection, elastic return and breathing
🔸Often seen with shoulders held high
🔹Arms abducted out to the side can often indicate poor balance and stability
🔸Having this increased tension in the shoulders may contribute to neck pain and headaches
🔹If the arm swing is asymmetrical, the abducted arm is often opposite to injured lower limb
✅Cue normal forward & backward movement
