Tip Tuesday - Ever heard anyone say brace your core, keep your abs engaged etc...⠀

Imagine you're bracing yourself to get punched in the stomach... VOILA! You're now engaging your core, and this is a good practice for any exercise when you're working body weight or free-weights!

What are you going to achieve this week, and how (more importantly) are you going to achieve it?

There are very few ways to lift and tighten the skin without surgery.  In the past, we focused on using energy devices such as @thermage_au and @ultherapy and @venuslegacy to maintain the results of that external tightening.  However, now we have a non-invasive way to place internal sutures to lift skin immediately and keep it lifted long-term with collagen production. The technique is quite simple, but requires artistry and skill to ensure proper placement and activation of the sutures which will be in place for up to 1-2 years.  This technique has very little pain and only injectable numbing is needed to place the threads.  We can place them on the face, neck, arms, legs, and buttock -- anywhere you want non-surgical lift!  This procedure is for someone who wants to lift sagging skin, who isn’t ready for an invasive face lift and wants no cutting and minimal downtime.  Age has nothing to do with it!  If you have looser skin, this may be a treatment for you.

Tip Tuesday - Static stretches are pointless before workouts as you're just stretching cold muscles... It's much better to work through increasing the range of movement with mobility stretching!⠀

How to do it - Gradually move through the range of movement you're going to be doing for exercise with increasing speed and power⠀

Tag a friend who needs to hear this, as they might be damaging their muscles with their current routine!
