I see people doing this all the time😫 so let's talk about proper form on the STAIRMASTER🙋🏼
❌DON'T hunch over like the hunchback of Notre Dame leaning on the machine (aka supporting yourself by taking the weight off your legs)
☑️DO KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF THE RAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does this make it harder? YES! IT SHOULD BE HARD!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
❌When your hunched over you cannot possibly activate your glutes 🍑 or your core properly!!! CHEATING YOURSELF OF A GOOD WORKOUT!!
☑️DO STAND UP STRAIGHT. By standing up straight, not holding on, you are using your core for balance and are actually using your legs and butt to STEP!
❌DON'T hang your head (with your eyes down) - your spine should not be all outta whack!
☑️DO keep your head up (eyes straight ahead), keeping your neck in line with the rest of your spine!
If you can text or read a book during your HIIT cardio, than ya ainnnnnnt doin it right!😱🔥A high intensity & EFFECTIVE cardio session should be very challenging😫🔥 cardio sucks but hating yourself in a bathing suit sucks more. DON'T CHEAT YOURSELF!!
