Here’s an at home HIIT workout with no weight or equipment needed! I promise you these exercises will tire you out like no other😅
1️⃣ narrow to wide jump squats with a “W” formation- start in a narrow standing stance and jump to a sumo squat & bring arms in a “W” formation
2️⃣ side shuffle to a burpee- shown without a push-up but you can add the push up for a progression
3️⃣ side step ups with oblique twist- the leg not on the step will perform the oblique twist with the opposite arm
4️⃣ stationary crab with cross over touches - this exercise you can touch your knee, shin, ankle, or toe depending on your balance and the intensity you want
