Hello Instagram,I am back 🙋🏼 In my wardrobe you wouldn't find any green,yellow or orange piece , I simply don't like these colors😅 but when i saw this adorable romper from @misspap i totally fell for it 😍👌 Its absolutely perfect piece for hot summer days ! ❤️

This morning I smashed out one of the best HIIT sessions I've done to date😼💦 is it just me or does anyone else seriously love training in the heat and being a huge ball of sweaty mess at the end? Makes me feel so accomplished.🙈🙌🏼 -
Something that's been on my mind recently is training in a gym that you LOVE♥️There are a million different gyms out there today however all of them will be slightly different. Finding one YOU feel comfortable with is key🔐 if you join a gym where you feel uncomfortable or intimidated, you are VERY likely to give up! It's important to think about what you want in a gym.💁🏻
Atmosphere - find a gym that is inspirational & makes you want to workout. There is nothing worse than not being able to feel motivated while you workout!😒I know that for me personally, I NEED to train in a gym where it feels alive with loud music and great atmosphere to have a half decent workout💪🏼this may not be the case for everyone however, my boyfriend once told me he could workout to classical music😆
Clientele - this is a BIG one! What type of people workout at that gym? Mainly men👨🏽mainly women?👩🏽It's important to make sure you feel comfortable working around the people you see at the gym. Without stereotyping, I know a lot of FEMALES and many of my lady clients feel extremely intimidated & put off around 'big men' while they train🙈Some gyms are known for being more 'hardcore', such as powerlifting/body building gyms so always chose wisely!
Cleanliness - I know personally I couldn't care less whether the machines have been wiped down (I'm a minger😂) but I have heard a lot of stories about individuals cancelling memberships due to sweat on machines, dust etc! If this could be a turn off for you then take into consideration whether staff wipe down machines everyday/tidy the locker rooms/hoover etc before buying a membership!👀

There are many factors to take into consideration when choosing a gym that's best for you. At the end of the day, if your gym is not giving you what you need to SMASH your sessions, you WILL become demotivated & even dread going and your progress will be massively effected! 👏🏼💪🏼🙌🏼
