When Instagram friends become real life friends, when #queenteam friends meet up....well, that’s just the coolest thing ever. Today we got to meet @melsweatstyle & @guysmileyontherun in person and we spent the morning/afternoon hiking, brunching, beaching, talking and laughing. They are the sweetest, most genuine, fun couple! They are just as sweet, just as genuine & just as fun as they appear on IG. Jeff & Mel, thanks so much for taking time out of your vacation to hang with us, you guys are awesome & we had the BEST time creating memories and laying the foundation for a lasting friendship. Thanks @alexia_clark for creating a community full of amazing people! And we totally did NOT plan to match but hey, great minds think alike, right Mel 😘 •

Услышала эту фразу недавно в интервью с Т. Майэрсом. Тренеру просто необходимо знать основы биомеханики и анатомии, я считаю, быть специалистом по движению и перестать мыслить категориями упражнений. Я стремлюсь и двигаюсь именно в этом направлении. И чем дальше я погружаюсь, тем больше я понимаю, что мне еще учиться и учиться ) .

Sometimes you just need a mental reset ✌️😌 .
After an incredibly tough start to the year, 3 shoulder injuries and a severe concussion, I’m finally starting to find that passion and peace again 😊 .
The road is not always easy, and for someone with pudgy legs like mine, the hurdles you have to jump can seem impossible (sneaky reference for anyone that has seen me try to jump literal hurdles), but the trick is to re-gather, re-focus and re-initiate 👊🏻👊🏻 .

Hoje, depois de tanto desistir, decidi recomeçar e seii q não vaii ser fácil.
Esse é meu lanchinho da tarde: 1 cacho de uva 🍇e dois bolinhos de aimpim com carne moída. Teve o pretinho básico tbm cm açucar➡➡➡➡➡➡
(ainda não consigo😢) e obvio não comi sozinha!
👶😍 Receitinha de preguiçoso!
✔250gramas de aimpim(mandioca ou macaxeira✌)
✔Carne moída cozida ao seu gosto(sem mto sal tá?) Como q prepara?
✔Cozinha o aimpim até ficar bem macio, amasse ainda quente. Misture a carne moída(acrescente temperos de sua preferência).🍖🍖
✔Misture tudo e faça bolas médias. Coloque na assadeira e coloque no forno com uma pincelada de azeite para dourar. 15mints. Pronto!! Ebaaa...

DONE!! Today’s #fullbodyworkout was another sweaty one and went a bit faster than yesterday. I had time to finish C1-3 and one round of C4 and then I called it quits! I worked out at home again, still loving that option since it gives me a chance to sleep in just a little bit. I also love that I can work out in just a sports bra 😆 and feel comfortable. •

Wow, today’s #fullbody was SO GOOD!!! I was not happy to see so many squatting moves after yesterday’s leg day but I went with and while I’m still sore I do feel a little looser! By the end of the workout I looked like I had just stepped out of the shower 🚿 cause I sweat so much! I did C1-3 again today, at home, and loved each circuit even though each one was challenging in different ways. •
C1 - I could only manage 2 min of jump rope then switched to butt kickers. For each other other two rounds I did 1 min each of high knees, jump rope & butt kickers. And I was so happy that I finally got the bear 🐻 crawl motion down but I still need to work on my form. I already received some good pointers from @chellespindler for next time! •
C2 - I loved the first 2 moves but struggled a bit with the glute band kick backs and the side lunge transition forward press. My hips were sore today and didn’t allow for a lot of flexion on the lunges and the kickbacks were just hard. •
C3 - a great way to finish off my workout but the lunge single arm snatch’s were hard on my knees (darn hardwood floors with a thin rug). Loved the mini band ice skaters (used my heavy band and wow, 60 seconds burned! 🔥) and he alternating knee tucks. •

Thank you to so many of my #fitfriends for the support recently, it means a lot, you are all amazing! I’m feeling so much better and finally feel like I’m getting back on track 😊 How did you guys like today’s workout? Did you earn your crown 👑 today? •

Love, love, loved today’s #legday 👍🏻 I slept in a bit this morning and did the home version since it was basically the same workout as the gym version (love having this option). C1 started off with a bang & I was already a hot, sweaty mess by the end of it 💦 The EMOM for C2 was awesome! I took the challenge of adding 2 reps each round until I hit 16 then I dropped back down as I was dying 😰 For C3 I added a weight to the reverse lunge to curtsy lunge for the first two rounds & dropped to body weight for the last round. There was a lot of leg punching going on after each round 🔥🔥🔥 I only had time for the 3 circuits and it was such a good workout! Looking forward to tomorrow’s full body workout. Anyone else had a chance to peek at it yet? •
