From 189 to 165! Just a regular dude trying to motivate and inspire. The first picture is me working a 9-5 that I didn’t really enjoy. I realized I wasn’t happy with where I was at and I was stuck in a dark place. Things kept getting worse and worse. I’d get off work go straight to the couch or bed and enjoy 2 beers. Drinking was starting to become a habit and it was catching up to me. Next thing I knew I was getting laid off from my job. Of course that didn’t help with my drinking. I became very lazy and unmotivated. My mindset was fucked. Was I at rock bottom? Maybe I was, and I knew something had to change. I decided to get a gym membership after not working out for nearly 2 years. I cut drinking for a while and I had a new addiction. An obsession with improvement. But enough babbling for now lol.
