A bit of my own transformation 🤨 as well as helping other people, and my own clients - I also had to follow my own method of training and nutrition myself. Going from bottom right to upper left is just under a two year time span. I’ve been training for several years but I started taking bodybuilding very seriously about two years ago. In such a short time frame I’ve gone from 75kg to 100kg (current weight). This has literally all been done from correct supplementation and eating to my needs. My metabolism has always been very quick and I’ve experienced with nutrition numerous times. Often when you think you’re eating enough, you’re not. I’m currently on 5300 calories a day and it is a struggle. But that kind of dedication is what’s going to make you grow. A majority of your growth will come SOLELY through nutrition and recovery.
