Today we had our 'Doterra essential oil & Yoga' workshop. It started with an hour of yoga, followed by an inspiring talk from @gotogirlnz on the doTERRA essential oil range. Thank you @gotogirlnz for bringing your oil range for us to smell & try.
Who knew 'peppermint' was great for fevers for our kids or 'oregano' was excellent for warts & tummy bugs (just to name a few), 'frankincense' can help with migraines & 'grapefruit' was known to help with anger, mental stress. It definitely gave me some essential tools for my everyday life! If you are interested in the next workshop coming up, let us know - Nicole & Amanda!
