Two seeds were walking up the hill. They were life long friends that did everything. One seed tripped and fell into a deep hole. The other bean decided to keep on walking enlight of the other ones misfortune. Overtime, the one bean started to grow roots, then sprouts, and overtime it become completely different then the other bean.
The other seed that decided to keep walking looked backed one day and saw the changes. Marveled by the changes, he wondered why nothing had happened to him.
The moral of the story is that so misfortunes, or what we consider misfortunes, are purposely placed in our life to force change that we have buried deep with in us. It also tells us that people around around you may take your change for conceit or disassociation of ones old path or past. For they can not understand your growth, and the process it take to fall and still grow.
This story allows us to see that not everyone that we walk with, will stay around for your misfortune or be able to understand your differences because of the changes that God has for you. It is ok to sever relationships when God is making plans to better your life. Remember, if that seed had to decided to jump in with the other seed on that day walk up the hill, the growth would have happened together and not apart. So, if you see someone fall down. Jump in and see where growth takes you both.
Remember in life's journey that people, situations, and environments can change at anytime. But, it is only when we fall down. Or, when we have misfortune, that the true power of growth takes over.
