This mornings workout was called "Friday Fight" and MAN did it challenge me!!! It was definitely a mental AND physical fight but I didn't give up.
These moves are in the "love/hate" category because when it comes time to do them, I dread it, but love seeing my progress and change in strength and tone over time.
Tricep push-ups: 1, Leigh: 0
But I made it through the workout and WON THE FIGHT! 💪
