While I work on my #Inktober backlog, let me show you my main tools for this year, which I've taken to carrying around on a regular basis.
- Kuretake Fudebiyori in Carmine Red, Orange, Lilac, and Magenta for both coloring and lettering.
- Uniball Signo White in 1.0 and 0.7 (I think) for white details and/or spot correction.
- Pigma Brush Pens. One is very frayed, which I use for filling in hair and other coarse bits. The other is still solid, which I use for major line work
- Akashiya Sai Watercolor Brush Pens. They're water-soluble since the ink is essentially watercolor. This has been my main "cheat" for colors since they can be blended and layered with the help of the fiber tips and some water.
- Alcohol-based markers. Kurecolor in Warm Grey 9 for shadows and other miscellaneous tones and Superior in Rose Beige for my skin color.
- Kuretake Wink of Stella 0.8. Used for fine glitter details.
- Kuretake Cocoiro Letter Pen in Mint Green. I use it for both lettering and lining art.
- Artline Stix Brush Marker in Royal Blue. Mostly used for coloring rather than lettering.
- Kuretake Scroll and Brush Markers in Fuchsia and Clover. Brush side is used for both lettering and coloring. Scroll side is used for filling in hair due to its jagged/angular nib.
- Drawing pens. Marvy Drawing Pen 0.1, Unipin Drawing Pen 0.3, Artline Drawing Pen 0.4, Prismacolor Drawing Pen (Brown) 0.5.
