Another day of the Dad life in the books.
I put together a quick workout while my son was down for a nap.
50 pull ups (25-15-10)
One arm cable pull downs
EZ bar curls.
That’s the longest workout I’ve had in 2 weeks, and I was done in about 25 minutes.
Yesterday, he never napped for more than 10 minutes, so I’m happy when I get close to 30 minutes in the gym, which is in my basement.
