Usually barbell hip thrusts are one of the best when it comes to Glute activation and gluteus muscle tear but as I always say some exercises might work best for some and for some it might not even if you do the perfect form. For me hip thrusts works fine to fire up my glutes but just in case for some of you, hip thrusts are involving majority of quad involvements and not glutes or somehow it's not activating your glutes at all the this is the one you should attempt. Also, if you are suffering from lower back pain, this is an excellent exercise to fire your glutes up without taxing your lower back much.

I ain't just talking about women but also men who carry their laptop 💻 or messenger bags 💼 Ever wondered why does your neck hurt? 🤷♀️Specially on the side you carry your bag. To no ones surprise it hurts worse when your bag is heavy. 🤦🏻♀️ *Reason* : Because even the lightest purse causes your shoulder to hike, specially when you walk. It's just the laws of gravity and our body to raise up the shoulder to prevent the bag to slip off the shoulder. When you elevate your scapula on one side only it activates and contracts the muscles around shoulder and neck, leading to muscle imbalances, poor posture and pain! Practicing this over a long period of time will definitely screw your back and neck due to uneven shift of body. *Solution* : When you carry a bag crossing over the body your body stand with a comparatively better posture.!
