Lol alright guys... Im a compulsive, impulsive, neurotic mess and i've been tampering with my plans and looking into ways to tailor them more to me n my goals. I didnt wanna post anything til i got everything down pat, n dammit im proud of my little beasties😂👌 There's been a whole lot of a DT being honestly with itself in the past couple weeks.
First of all, i get adjusted to stimuli pretty quickly (longwinded way of saying "i get bored"), meaning the idea of a plan longer than 3 weeks died almost instantly. I've also had a reverence for the idea of becoming a jack of all trades type of character.
Strength n hyperthrophy are things i'll slowly work towards, but conditioning is my main concern, i feel as though it's my best bet in becoming the type of athlete i want to be, so all of my plans are geared more towards that area. Even if they're not written down on of all the plans, sprinting, frenchies, and handstands are going to be done every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for the rest of the summer. Frenchies are ridiculiusly awesome for back and grip strength, two areas i needs work on😅 N i dont need to talk about how badass the other two are😌
Now, late in the spring semester, the idiot that i be decided to "bulk". You know "aww, come on DT! It wasnt that bad last time!" No. It goes against my goals n i dont like that way i look rn, sitting at 200 pounds aint pretty on me just yet. I'll put it on slowly, like the rest of mah gainses.
