My morning detox drink : have been drinking Apple cider vinegar (ACV) every morning for a month and a half now, and lost about 4 kgs. Its not too much, but considering no exercise or strict diet was folllowed during this course, losing my post pregnancy weight a little made me very happy. To be honest, i dont like the taste of it. To suppress the taste, I mix 1 big tsp of ACV to 1 glass of warm water and have it. I dont add honey or any sweetener to it ... The acetic acid suppresses the appetite, increased metabolism and reduces water retention. Other benefits and use of apple cider vinegar are Its helps to control blood sugar ( good for people suffering from diabeties)
