We did a superset of pull-ups (wide and archer) and dumbbell snatches.
Dumbbell snatches are a great way to drill the snatch technique before moving onto the kettlebell or barbell. Keep the dumbbell close to body throughout the movement, focusing on triple extension (hips, knees and ankles), shrug and high pull (with the elbow) before the final overhead catch. 🏋🏼
