Just finished up an absolutely phenomenal full body workout with my boy @azboxingandfitness.

Here are the top sets from the two main movements.

Haven’t pushed this hard on deadlifts in a while and it felt great getting back into some heavy weight.
_
The first part of the workout was a set of deadlifts, then incline db press, then cable upright rows. I was taking my time in between each set so I wasn’t go straight into the next exercise like a superset. We did 5-6 working sets for each exercise.
_
Since I was taking my time in between each set I had a good 5+ min before hitting the same exercise again, which allowed me to work up pretty heavy on db press as well. Hit the 130s for a really cool lil set of 5 🤩

☑️ if you want to finish your upper chest off, try it with a super set banded drop set! -
For this workout make sure all of your chest workouts previously are finished. Put on weight that you can do about 5x and stack mini plates in for the stripping after each set.
135lbs + 60 lbs of 10s, and 40lbs of bands. -
Sets are not including hand weight! - Do these non stop
1) 5 reps of 195 lbs
2) 5 reps of 175lbs
3) 5 reps of 155lbs
4) 5 reps wide grip of 135lbs
5) 5 reps wide grip of 135lbs
