Bringing up the weight on my Incline Dumbbell Press at 90lbs dumbbells for 3 sets of 10. The weight felt better this week so I decided to give 100lbs a try for another set and managed to squeeze out 4 reps with it.

Lie on an incline bench and extend your arms in front of you. As you breath in, extend your arms until you feel the stretch in your chest. Return to the starting position as you breath in.
