Ate like an idiot all weekend. Had to get some work done to feel better. Couldn't get outside with the battle rope, so I attacked all I could indoors. Flat bench, incline dumbbell, incline cables, low flyes, decline and reg flyes. Burn outs at the end. What's for dinner?
Traps & chest looking & feeling epic tonight. 👍 I did a fab chest session tonight and noticed a big difference in my progress. So I managed to get 18s up for 3 sets of 12 and managed some drop sets. I then managed to get 45 for 4 on flat barbell bench. Some lower weight before for higher reps. I managed some cable work and then 3 sets of 9 full press ups which I haven't done in ages! My delt has fully recovered now so just working on getting the weights and strength back up. 2 weeks into my bulk now and feeling great with this strength.
Accessory work for increasing #benchpress . 3 x 12 - 15. Hit 15 all 3, so did 16 on the last one. This gym caps out at 110s. Normally I'd just reduce rest time to make it harder, but right now I need to get my body used to pushing more weight. I need more rest and heavier weight. I may need to move chest day to a different gym. #worldgymsf is a great place for that.
