Deficiency of any nutrient in the body is undesirable and potassium is not an exception. A diet deficient in it may lead to symptoms like #fatigue and #muscle-weakness. Other indications for its deficiency include #inactive-reflexes, #abnormal-heartbeat, #heart-palpitations, #anemia and #severe-headaches. Potassium-deficient people may also experience high blood pressure, pain in their intestines, swelling in their glands and diabetes as serious side effects of this deficiency.

Thick cut boneless spare ribs
Wild star thistle honey
Cherry honey mustard
Chipotle hot sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a glass jar mix together six tablespoons honey, four tablespoons cherry honey mustard and two tablespoons chipotle hot sauce.
Rinse and pat dry one-two pounds boneless spare ribs. Add four tablespoons Honey Chipotle sauce to a large glass baking dish. Place boneless spare ribs in baking dish on top of Honey Chipotle sauce. Top boneless spare ribs with another two tablespoons Honey Chipotle sauce and let marinade for thirty minutes at room temperature. Place glass baking dish in oven and bake covered for ninety minutes. Spoon on an additional one-two tablespoons Honey Chipotle sauce every thirty minutes.
Uncover ribs, spoon on an additional two tablespoons Honey Chipotle sauce and bake an additional fifteen-thirty minutes uncovered. Remove spare ribs from oven, confirm internal temperature of 145 degrees with a meat thermometer and let spare ribs rest for five minutes.
Wash and dry produce. Using a vegetable peeler, peel one cup of broccoli ribbons from broccoli stems and add to a glass mixing bowl. Remove green cabbage spines, thinly slice one cup cabbage and place in the bowl. Remove kale leaves from spines, thinly slice one cup kale and place in the bowl.
