Exercise and help a good cause! Proud of @anita who finished @roparun this weekend to raise money and support people suffering from cancer. She and her team trained for months to run from Paris to Rotterdam (520km). To improve her endurance she used the Wim Hof Method @iceman_hof and Predator. Hold the ends of the rope arm's length in front of your hips with hands shoulder width apart.
