Battle Rope Waves

Improve strength, power and endurance with this muscle toning metabolic exercise.
Hold the ends of the rope arm's length in front of your hips with hands shoulder width apart.
Brace core and begin alternating raising and lowering each arm explosively.
Alternate for reps or time.

So many people ask me what my goal weight is and when I'll stop "dieting" - but I don't have a goal weight! Non-scale victories are so much more important: building strength, improving endurance, pushing harder and getting more reps in, feeling comfortable in my own skin, feeling confident, having more energy, feeling more focused, better sleep, losing inches, healthy hair/nails/skin, clothes fit better, inspiring someone else...I could go on and on! How you FEEL is so much more important than a damn number on a scale. 💪👊

As for the question about when I'll stop dieting, well I don't diet, I eat healthy. I've made the mental switch since diet has such a temporary connotation and I'm working on building a healthy lifestyle. And yes OF COURSE I still have my treats, in moderation, because I'm all about that balance. I don't deprive myself 🍎🍩🍓🍕
