Peking duck - well roasted Peking duck with the Chef slicing it into plates of duck skin, breast meat and thigh meat in front of us. Look at the glistening duck skin! With sufficient sugar added underneath the paper thin duck skin, it will melt in your mouth! The breast meat n thigh meat were roasted well too without being too oily, tough or dry n the strong taste of duck meat was not apparent. If you like Peking duck, it is best to pre-order it n ask the Chef to roast it well to minimise the layer of oil underneath the skin. Yummy!
