Seriously, real talk coming...
I'm so horrible at this! Idk maybe it's my ADHD, maybe it's my personality. If I manage to sit still, I cannot seem to turn my brain off. I try to garden to relax. I love plants. But it's really just more work and keeping busy if I'm honest. I'm also very impatient. Probably a severe understatement. I want to be more, do more, I'm constantly worrying about what needs to be done and I never seem to have enough time. Oh and someone save me if I have a spell making me sick and get behind because I lose it. 😲
Sadly the only relaxing I get in is when I'm really sick and my body makes me. Which probably aggravates things for me.
I really wish I knew how to/could relax. This is something I've never learned in life. Although I'm trying, and I have gotten better. 🤷 I've always been like this. I work many jobs, I volunteer, I have to force myself to sleep. I'm an absolute mess in this department guys. I've started drinking wine to help. 😂 Then I just end up doing things tipsy. 🤦🤣 Someone help me! How do I relax?! Give me all the tips! 💜
