There was weights I could actually lift before, I tried that shit recently and I felt like I broke my spleen and went legally blind for about 20 minutes😲😲😲😖😵.
It's ok tho, cos I got a 5k run under my belt which I ain't done in a long time, even if it had me looking like the sweaty uncle in a dancehall rave.
To make it worse, I have no routine whatsoever, so I walked in the gym window shopping like, 'Yh...im gonna rep out on these 2kg curls, then I'm go HAM on forearms'🤔🤔🤔

Nah for real tho, sometimes you just gotta go, even if you have no idea what you're gonna do when you get there, cos the act of just going and doing what you can will push you to go again and again, rather than wait for the perfect situation...and if the session is that bad, it'll make you plan just a bit better the next time, or show you what you need to work on, as there are lessons to be learned from any session....every session is progressive in some way so JUST GO!
