Results are in: down 8.2lbs in 2 weeks, no changes in my waist. Now the question is, where are these 8.2lbs came from and how did they get on my body to begging with.
I was constant and kept in the 130's for 1 year and a half, but for some reasons this summer I spiked at a whooping 147.2lbs without even noticing. I put my scale away in the basement far away from my eyes, perhaps that is what kept me in the dark. The scale is coming back in my bathroom let me tell you. I'd rather be obsessed and constant then in the dark and surprised.
I'm at my best mentally, emotionally and physically when I take care of myself, eat well and exercise.
Onward to week 3, I'm lifting weights this week🏋🏼♀️.
