Posting my Results after finishing 21 days of my new program. I'm in a hell of a mood and I just saw these and instantly got pumped up!!! Picture with black leggings was after the first 7 days of round 1. Blue leggings is the last day of that same round. So it was 21 days total where I lost 7.7 pounds and 10.5 inches.
Hot damn! Nothing gets me more motivated or addicted to this healthy lifestyle than results.
Yes it's a lot of hard work. You guys get the before and after and don't see the tears and the sacrifices I make in between BUT it's achievable.
Hard work, consistently over time at least 80% of the time (hey life happens right?) will get you the results you are looking for.
I have a long way to go but so far I'm enjoying the journey, learning SO much about myself and what my body can do, it can only get better! πŸ’ͺ🏻 Here's to another 21 days! Woo hoo!!

βœ… 2 more pounds down βœ… The biggest thing I've seen change is my body - I feel so much healthier and can see huge differences in muscle tone on my arms, legs, back and belly (I even see a one-pack starting πŸ˜‚but for real...) βœ… Nutrition plan is easy-peasy to follow βœ… End week 3 feeling so much stronger and have a lot more motivation for workouts and getting things done at home.

This #transformationtuesday is my favorite. The left is exactly one year ago today. It was 365 days ago. I was miserable with myself and had 2.5 month old twins. The right is today after consistently working out for 4 months and eating healthy (for the most part). The bottom line is that the scale shouldn't be your enemy. The only enemy you have is yourself. What you tell yourself holds you back from achieving the goals you place in front of yourself. We are human. Failure is inevitable but what you do with that failure is what molds you as a person. You can't give up and give into failing. You pick yourself up, brush of the dust, and force yourself to keep going and never fail like that again. I'm so proud of my progress and am finally beginning to love the person I've become, both inside and out. The last 7 days have been some of the absolutely hardest but I've leaned on my support system and stepped out of my comfort zone multiple times. There is no reward without risk, in every aspect of life. Keep going. Keep pushing. God gives you what you need right when you need it. πŸ’•πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ I chose not to wear fresh makeup today and I felt pretty damn great in my own skin. Not at all.
I have worked really hard for this.
When my mind tells me to stop. And my body is screaming for me to quit.

Stats since last week!

Weight: ⬇️ 1.6 lbs
Hips: ⬇️ .2 in
Waist: 🚫 same
Chest: 🚫 same
Biceps: 🚫 same
Thighs: 🚫 same

Overall: lost more weight than inches this week but I have noticed that my abs are coming in.... I just want my dream abs!!! Gahhh!!!! πŸ˜‚ getting there!
Feeling like I'm going to go through my house and throw out all the unhealthy snacks that way there is less temptation. I did notice that when I eat breads- I start feeling bloated! 🀒soooo.... little to no carbs for me. I also noticed that when Deyan eats unhealthy, I'm more tempted to eat unhealthy! 😰 soooo NO MORE!!! This has been such a long and hard process.
It is so hard to stay motivated when you are wanting to see a change that isn't going to happen over night.
It is so hard to wakeup and feel like you still have such a long way to go.
It is not easy, so don't let me for a second try to convince you other wise.

So, I know to some this isn't a big deal or an amazing set of abs. But the left is me completely relaxed, and right is me with better posture and I guess u can say partially flexed? Lol idk just a pulled in and tight belly. But OMG! I'm starting to get some visible abs.
