I'm still a work in progress but I gotta say that I'm pretty dang proud of myself for getting this far in my fitness journey! Being a mommy of twin boys, working my booty off, staying in track with my workouts and my nutrition, I'm starting to see progress and changes in my body! I know that I will always have that loose skin on my belly from my sweet boys...but after only 11 days of following this program 100%, my ABs are starting to show!
Who knew this could all happen with an at home workout program!
