"On the death of a friend, we should consider that the fates through confidence have devolved on us the task of a double living, that we have henceforth to fulfill the promise of our friend's life also, in our own, to the world."
- Henry David Thoreau
This whole endeavor came from the losses of some whom I hold so dear. Today, another friend of mine has gone to the other side.
She was fierce, curious, honest, and tenacious in her pursuit of life.
As we head into the weekend, hold the ones you love. If you can't hold them, tell them how special they are to you.
I think you're all insanely wonderful people. And I thank you for being here with me.
