Had a good leg and ab day then finished up with a few minutes on an indoor bike with the 14 year old. 😊

Awful picture but I couldn’t not share this delicious dinner with y’all. A sweet friend from church shared some pork chops from a farm in Missouri with us and omg they were absolutely amazing! Seriously the best pork chops I’ve ever had. I ended up cutting the main meat piece out and eating that, minus the fat cut off. It was a bit later than I normally eat but I led my @weightwatchers meeting tonight so I was later than usual getting dinner started. I cooked the sweet potatoes yesterday during meal prep so they were already done and just had to be heated through. Then the broccoli, cauliflower and onions were added to the pan with the pork to roast in the oven. Absolutely delicious!

Peppercorn chicken with side salad at a works night out- successfully avoided 1️⃣ alcohol 2️⃣ chips/potatoes (could have had these but asked for salad) 3️⃣ dessert !! So pretty chuffed with myself

I've almost always lived in black - whole black outfits, I think it stems from when I was at my biggest and I wanted to hide away and blend into the background. We hear it all the time "black is slimming" but really, is it!? Maybe, but it's also dull ! And I thought, why not lighten up! So I went out tonight in a white top, pale baby pink trousers, pink Pom Pom earrings, matching Pom Pom necklace and white strappy heels. And I got so many compliments!!! Even a random lady came over to ask where my trousers were from, and everyone (as it was a work night out) started saying how I'm the most glamorous member of staff 😂😂😂😂. Post-workout lunch today to keep me on track. 4sp for everything and here’s the breakdown:

Black bean and corn salad (1sp)

This chicken/cream cheese/stuffing/broccoli casserole is DIVINE! Roughly 11 points per serving 😊
Directions: This recipe will make a 9X13...2 cans of croissants, 1bag of broccoli, 1 box of stuffing, 8 oz cream cheese and chopped cooked chicken (I use about 3-4 cups). Make up stuffing, cook broccoli, soften cream cheese and mix all together with cooked chicken. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes 😊

Breakfast this morning was 4sp. I meal prepped some #2ingredientdoughbagels yesterday so of course I had to have one today. So good, as always! Now it’s off to the gym in a short while for leg day.

I meal prepped like a boss yesterday so I know this week will be much smoother than the ones the last few weeks. Here’s what I accomplished:

✅Marinated cucs
✅Chicken breast for hubby’s

Dinner from last night that I forgot to post. I’m trying to be super diligent with sharing my meals this week in order to be accountable.

A couple months ago I wanted chicken parm but didn’t have points for bread crumbs so I decided to just have breast meat with no breading and it was 💣 so I decided to do that again tonight. I baked the breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then topped with FF marinara and some @traderjoes mozzarella (which I’m running terribly low on now so I’m starting to panic. We need a Trader Joe’s in Ms so badly!). I served it over some @aldentepastaco Carba-Nada noodles then added some zucchini sprinkled with @feastmodeflavors butter herb seasoning for filling factor. 5sp for this meal and it was insanely delicious!

So much for #bluedotaugust Why can I not say no to cereal? I didn’t bring the Cocoa Pebbles in this house. Yet somehow, they all just flew in my mouth the last few days. #emotionaleating is a real thing. And it really stinks. 💔
