#throwbackSunday - I think travel is good for lots of things, but what it also does is increase mental well-being - and not just in the short-term, in the long term as well. Whether you’re traveling for work or for leisure, it changes you. Traveling can make you a happier person by building self-confidence, providing new experiences and memories, breaking routine and allowing you to meet people from all over the world.
And that in itself is something that I absolutely love. 😊💕
